Rim Backspacing Question With T-bar Crank

I'm finally getting some new tires and rims (285/65/18) and kmc monster 18x9. I called up cognito and they suggested running 4.5 inch backspacing but 4wheel parts recommends 5.7. IIRC a lot of people were using 5.7's, but this is from memory as when i searched backspacing and tbar crank it came up with a lot of threads. thanks a lot guys.

I just bought 33x13.5 16 tire and 16x10 rims with 4.5 backspacing...The tire size you with 4.5 backspacing will fit just fine
