I never realize how much I hate school until I have to go back. :cheers::cheers::banghead::crackup:

Just want to vent a little... the school year is so long and then summer comes and just flies by. Plus I get to be around some of the dumbest people, that I normaly go all summer with out seeing. Sorry I know its a pointless topic but like I said earlier, I had to vent a little.

I feel your pain man. We have registration tomorrow and then first day of classes on Tuesday. I'm not ready for this year in the least. School for 4 or 5 hours, then go to work at Caterpillar part time every day, the fall musical, advanced choir performances, dual-credit English homework, and so much more.

 

I also get to deal with the idiots who I look forward to not seeing at all during the summer. There's no way I am ready in the least....

i feel your pain!!!! i go back to class on Tuesday too :cheers: luckily this year I'll only be going from 1-3 on Tuesdays and 1-5 on Thursdays until the fire academy starts!!!!

my kid started last week ... i couldn't be happier .. now if only i could put my wife on a bus every morning as well lol! ...

 

only down side is now, once a week i have to go sit through an 8th grade football game ... =P

Seriously though, i miss highschool so much. Buuut...hopefully i will be able to go back to school to finish a degree pretty soon. The 8 month old son is kinda making it difficult though.

Seriously though, take it from those of us who have left those days far behind...Eat it up. Live it up. Party your balls off. You think those people at school are stupid? Wait until you get out into the adult world. They take stupid to whole new levels.

Enjoy it while you can! I agree high school sucked a little, but now college that was a blast! I really miss those good ole days. They were just like the movies. I should have done a Van Wilder and gone for 7 years though.

I'm 35, and I STILL go take classes at random. Learning new stuff rocks.

Me, I just keep thinking, "I'm almost done, just another year of undergrad...". But then, I've got grad school to look forward to...

Nah...I'm not working towards a degree. I take classes that bored soccer moms take. Like cooking classes, art classes, etc.

 

Don't knock it...It works. :banghead:

 

And I can whip up a MEAN lasagna now :cheers:

hah! ... sounds like most of my college semesters .. took the courses that were easy and had a higher lady to guy ratio ... course i never got a degree from there, did end up with quite a few #'s ... and a lot of 'nights out to help study' ...
