Annoying Scrubbing Sound

Front right wheel or brakes somewhere making a scrubbing whoosh whoosh sound when cornering right, only under somewhat hard cornering. No tire rub or anything, I've looked and had the tire off but can't figure it out????

 

Any ideas?

 

I did have the brakes inspected and they had the tires off, was told brakes were fine. Would any of the brake components or dust shield be rubbing?

It could be your hub bearings. Sounds like the same symptoms I had on my truck.
