Thats one serious looking bumper!!!

I don't think it looks too bad at all,Although I wouldn't put one on my truck,it looks like a nice setup for a work truck or someone whos truck sees alot of off-road use.

I'm in the same scenario, they are the ranch hand bumpers but to me they look too big for the front end and make the truck look small.

 

I like the brush guard, but yet again, I think it makes the front end of the truck look small.

 

I don't know what I"m going to do, but I think they look better on the 2500's.

 

If ranch hand can make a smaller one, that doesn't stick out too far, I'd be interested in that, but ranch hand knows strength so thats why they are so bulky.

hmm .. hell i would want the lower half of that bumper for my truck ... but the upper brush guard part does look a bit big ... but i am quite sure it serv's its purpose....

Go Industries makes a Brush Guard - ya keep your tow hooks - 4 point mount

the Westin - err - you loose your tow hooks and only a 2 point mount - DOAH ...

 

Buckstop makes an awesome bumper replacement

Id take the bumper, I personally dont like the grill and brush guards.

I spoke to Ranchhand recently and they don't make a replacement for the new GMC yet, just for the Chevy right now. If you have a GMC I beleive frontier-gear has one. I want a brushguard and rear bumper for my 08 Sierra Denali but it seems like the Denali grill is a problem for the RH brushguard and would need to be cut (according to the engineer at RH), so I've decided to go with a replacement instead. I'll know more in a few weeks when the truck gets here and I can get it over to the frontier-gear dealer. I have to have something hanging off the front of my truck b/c I love the look but it sure is nice on the few occassions/year I do use the truck as a truck  The RH brush guard on my 99 has saved my front end a few times over the years..

I found a frontier full replacement bumper off a 2500 new body style 07 will it fit a 1500 truck? It has no mounting hardware with it so I'll have to make them if it will fit.

One thing to consider. I've seen way too many trucks totalled because of these. While it might look big and sturdy... Hit anything and the front end of the frame folds. It isn't designed for anything near this large, sturdy, or heavy. It also can interfere with proper airbag deployment.

I wonder what kind of insurance issues may arise if someone is injured in an accident after improper air bag deployment due to one of these? Hmmm????
