Whats Your Lift Kit?

Maybe you should just do a search on lift kits, because there is a bunch on here, and you just got your truck on friday... and you havent even made a payment on it.

What are you planning to do? Are you getting a lift to actually go off-roading, or is it just for the look?

I've used Fabtech kits on 2 trucks and they have been excellent. A little pricey like anybody else but well made.

I got a 6'' Fabtech on mine, no complaints. I know couple people who have got Pro Comp kits and they said they had to powder coat the parts because you can tell the parts wernt sealed/protected correctly etc. from the factory

I've got a 6" Trailmaster kit that my buddy thought was good enough. I personally don't like the blocks instead of springs on the rear (although it makes the ride less stiff) and the steering knuckles make a true alignment impossible, since they do not make an offset balljoint for it.

 

Given the opportunity, I would go with either a Superlift (they have options to slowly get better options post-lift, in stages without redoing everything) or a Fabteck (like everyone else here says). Penny pinching is NOT worth it on a lft, and I've had hell with mine since.
