Installing Escalade Led Tail Lights

Can you install the LED tail lights from an escalade into a NBS 07 Sierra pick-up? Is the wiring the same? Do the screw holes line up? The light itself the same size? I really like the look of an LED tail light just not the cost of an vehicle that comes with them!

yes fits fine, at least thats what the guy told me, but I have my doubts

I really don't think this is going to work. I'd go to a lot and look at the shape before I ordered. Just from looking at the lights in listings versus people's trucks on here, I'm 99.9% sure, they are not going to fit.

I doubt that the Caddy leds have the voltage regulator inside the lamps. You don't want to stick 12 volt power to those leds becase it will burn them out quick.
