Go to your dealer's parts department. Usually they have several on hand because of body shop demand.

In 2004 the only truck to get a "LT" emblem at the "C" pillar is the Z82 HD trailering. In 2005 it was completely discontinued. Your truck may have not ever had the emblem.

I'm not sure about the only '04s to get the "LT" emblems were the ones with the Z82 trailering pkg.,I had an '04 Z71 with Z82 and it didn't have any emblems on the C-pillars,However my buddy has an '06 with "LT" emblems on the C-pillars.

 

If you PM me your VIN I can run it and tell you if it should have any emblems on the C-pillars.

My 06 2500HD has "LT" behind the rear doors also.
