Looking To Lift A 2001 2wd Suburban

What's the best way to lift a 2wd 2001 Suburban? It has coil springs in the rear and torsion bars in the front. I'm looking for anywhere from 3 to 6 inches of lift. What I use will depend on several factors such as: ride quality, price of the parts needed, ease of installation, and whether or not I'll need new shocks or shock extenders . I want factory ride quality or better, I dont like a stiff ride. I'd prefer not to do a body lift. I know lift spindles are easy to install, but are they as strong as the factory spindles? Is any particular manufacturer's parts superior in quality? Any manufacturer I should stay away from? Any and all suggestions appreciated.
