35" Tires

Hey,

 

I was wondering, but tightening the torsion bars with a levleling kit, can I fit a set of 35" tires on my 2005 Sierra Crew Cab, 1500?

 

The tires I'm looking at are 315/70/17, and sit around 34.7 inches high. I was told with a levelling kit, and trimming some plastic, I can fit them in there no problem. Just curious if this is the case, or if any of you guys have done it. I'm also looking at doing a 1.5" or 2" block in the rear to maintain the rake look.

they might fit but youll have that stuffed in there look.

Just spoke with my guy. 315/70/17 tires, going to add a levelling kit, crank the torsion bars, add a 3" block in the back, and add a set of rims. May need a little fender trimming, but I'm told they should fit in there!!!
