On Star Problems Part 2

Alright to refresh your memories, I got my truck 2 weeks ago and noticed my On Star system was not working. I would push the blue button, I would get that "Connecting to OnStar" message and then all it would do is beep beep beep forever. Took it to the dealership that Saturday and they re-attached a wire in the mirror, they told me give it a few days and try it again, so I did so. Same dang thing. I was able to push the black button and make an outgoing call using voice commands to my cell phone, however there was no audio comming across on my cell phone. (mute was not on) so I called my OnStar number, it rang, I pressed the black button, it picked up, however no audio was comming across from when I spoke into my cell phone. I called the dealer back up, spoke with service, they told me to get it back in there on a M-F when a tech could look at it, I told them I'd be running my truck into the GMC dealer just down the road from work since I work 8-5 M-F. Any of you run into a problem like this with your system?
