Clicking From Rear

i have a 2006 GMC Sierra 4wd w/ 16k miles on it.

When i am just driving normally i hear a clicking/clunking type sounds from the read end of the truck, like from the transfer cases? I can sorta feel the truck jerk at the same time. i noticed it OVER my radio.

it doesnt seem to happen at any particular time other than that i am changing speeds either acceleration/slowing.

i havent changed the fluids in the cases at all yet.

also when i was reading the posts to try and see if i could answer this w/o posting i noticed some said they were changing their fluid for the winter?

Well i am from FL born and raised and just moved to seattle - i know nothing about cold weather car maintinace other than letting it warm up in the morning. Do i need to be doing fluid changes more often now?

any help would be great so i can get this resolved (before it gets any colder out - i hate working in the cold!)

Don't really know what to suggest on this one. The truck is still under warranty, right?
