Gmt900 Another Rim Question

New Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra Fatory Take-offs (with less than ten miles) 17x7 6 lug steel wheel Hollander # 8069

Will the above fit on a new 2008 1500 4x4 with standard 17" factory rims? Are the standard 2008 17" rims 17x7? I have no idea what "Hollander # 8069" means.

Hello 731!

GMT900 wheels are all interchangeable. 17 to 20 inch. Styles vary but the bolt battern is the same.

Hollander is a company / software supplier that aftermarket and/or used car part sellers use to identify a particular part and determine its interchange capabilities.

Hollander is THE publisher of salvage interchange reference data. Since mfg part nos. change frequently for vendor changes and various other reasons, the salvage industry uses the Hollander number to avoid the myriad of OEM numbers.

The 8069 wheel is painted silver-grey and ran on the GMT800 and GMT900 series. The '08 Hollander references will not be published until around Apr. '08 but since the '08 chassis is unchanged from the NBS '07 it should fit.

This is a rather plain wheel but if you need a winter/hunting wheel, it is totaly serviceable.
