2000 Silverado Blowing Tail Light Fuse

Hey Guys,

 

New to posting here so please bear with me.

 

I have a 2000 Silverado standard cab long bed 4X4. My problem is that the passenger side tail light fuse keeps blowing. I've pulled the tail light housing out and looked at the wires - everything looks OK. I taped up the wires anyway, but still blowing the fuse. I looked at the junction block behind the spare tire and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. The rest of the wires are all covered with wire loom and are hard to get to, especially under the cab.

 

Any suggestions on where to look?
