New Wheels

I have a 2004 2500 hd. The stock wheels have not clear left and have been badly pitted. Can't get the to look good anymore. I was wanting to know if anybody else has replace the 6.5" wheels with 16x8"? What offset or back spacing did you get? I think that I would just split the difference and add that to the current backspacing right? Let me know I would appericate it thanks Jeff

An aftermarket 16x8 wheel with a +30 offset should work just fine. Anything less and they will stick out too far and increase wheel bearing and steering component wear. Most wheel companies make a wheel that wil fit it. Good luck!
