Smart-buy / Smart Lease Pull Ahead Help

Here is the situation. I have a 05 Envoy that is on a Smart Buy. (not very smart for me)

Well I got a new job that has me driving all over and I am killing my mileage. I am looking to buy something not lease. If I am going to buy something I am getting what I want and that is a new Tahoe, but I can’t get out of my smart buy for another year GMAC says. The dealer can get me out of it by taking all the new vehicle incentives which covers the 5g’s for the broken contract. Has anyone else had this problem and were they able to get around it not paying the early turn in free or buying it outright since they will let me buy it for more than it is worth. GMAC say there might be a new offer in April which will let me pull it ahead the year but they can’t tell me. I am leaving for WI currently in CT in late May so I need something soon.
