WOW... that's a nice big dog truck. I wish GM would give them something other than tiny wheels and tires.

I got the truck with the 17" option delete, which gave me the 16" little tires. Saved $400, I'm changing them to an 18" with 33's and Cognito leveling UCA's. Probably Mase 8's or KMC XD Hoss's. I'm keeping it pretty much stock as far as performance right now. Later this year, early next year, I'll be losing my DPF and going with an MBRP Turbo back exhaust with either PPE or Quad Stealth 2 to get rid of the codes. I want to get about 10K miles on it first before performance mods. Getting about 19mpg on the highway, 14 or so in the city, combined around 16mpg. Not bad considering my '97 only got 11-12mpg, adjusted to tires. I'll post more pics once I change some things with it. One thing I did do was polish the trumpet looking exhaust tip, with finer and finer wet sandpaper, then aluminum polish, can't tell in pics. Looks chrome and not such an eye sore. Chris

Thanks, I can't wait for the wheels and tires. I hate the tiny 245's A 265/75R16's could at least be the smallest tire if you didn't want the 17" option.

ABQ, I knew I've seen your truck before. I'm leaning towards a 305/65R18 tire with a 0 offset 9" wide, 4.5BS I believe. Did you have any issues rubbing? How much room do you have for clearance towards the rear of the front fender? Thanks, Chris
