Nav/cd Built In Units

From those of you that have done NAV/CD units in there trucks how do you like them? I have a 2006 silverado and I am thinking about putting in a all in one Navigation, CD, Bluetooth, XM similar to the Pioneer AVIC Z2. Will this work in our trucks??

I didnt do it to my truck, but I have done it to other trucks in the past, and as long as you have all of the gear you need, it should go smoothly and it works really well. (just make sure to take your time)
