2001 2500hd Front End Conversion?

ok i have a 2000 chevy silverado 1500 i was wondering what modifications i would have to do to put a whole 2001 chevy 2500hd Front end on it?

Bumper, grille, and hood. Some minor modification to the bumper mounts. Check out the black one, he doesnt have the HD hood on it, but the bumper and grille are there.

I believe he just had to do some bending, either up or down, I dont remember and I havent seen him a while..no major fabricating tho.
