Truck Without Sound!

Woke up this AM and drove to work listening to radio. Got in my truck about 20 minutes later to run an errand and now radio doesn't turn on and turn signal is silent when turned on. WTH? Truck is not even a month old and now this? Anyone have ideas. Taking it back to the dealer today.

I had this happen in another brand car.

 

The dash radio in that car was only a display. The control unit was someplace else. It was the control unit that went bad.

 

But a new vehicle. Could be just the connection came lose.

 

If it is covered by warranty, then a vist to Mr. Goodwrench.

i hope it is as simple as a loose connection, becuz a 42k truck should not be doing this!

Better get used to it, its happening with ALL brands of vehicles, and its a sign of the times. just becuse you pay alot of $$$ does not mean we will get good perfect vehicles. The more technoligy they throw into the vehicles, the more that can go wrong.

 

Hope its something simple and easy.

Just a quick update for those who care...the radio was the problem. New one ordered, so until then I must enjoy the silence...
