Rancho Quicklift

Anyone heard anything about these new Rancho quickLIFTs? I'm picking up my new Sierra 4x4 tomorrow and leveling it will be one of the first things I do. I had a Titan that I had put Radflo coil-overs on to level it out and give it a better ride. Not sure what is out there that would be similar for the GMC. Any input is appreciated.

Most everybody here is running front leveling kits. No need for front strut replacement. I also had a Titan... The front suspension sucked. I kept it 4.5 months. The GM trucks have a much better designed front end. Level it and you'll be happy.

Welcome back to GM.

Go with the Quicklift I say, because supposedly you can fit 35's, or thats what Rancho says.

I'd love to see what they look and perform like.

I'm thinking it would be an upgrade of the strut from the Z71 package, plus get the level, all for about $400. I'm going to think about it.

I just installed a Rough Country leveling kit and got 33s installed today, fits like a glove and looks great. I could probably fit 35s with a little trimming as there is quite a bit of space between the tire and wheel well liners.

Well, I went ahead and ordered the quickLift today along with matching rear shocks. I pick them up tomorrow, but not sure when I'll have time to get them installed. I'll let you know how it goes.

Anyone need some brand new shocks from a Z71?

Had the Ranch quickLift and the RS9000XL's on the rear installed yesterday. I'm very happy with this purchase. Yes, it was more than your typical leveling kit, but I'm very glad I went this route. The suspension is much improved in my opinion, at least it's more to my taste. I lucked out and found a shop to install it all for $100, so I can't comment on installation process. I took some measurements today and it's perfectly level. I was hoping for a 1/2" rake in the back, but with the truck only have 700 miles on it, the front may still settle a little, at least that is my hope. All 4 shocks are adjustable to 9 different settings, I have not messed with any different settings yet, but hopefully I'll play with that a little over the next few weeks.

Anyone need the factory strut and rear shocks from a Z71? If so, PM me with an offer.

Oh, I'll get pics once I get the Terra Grapplers on and get it washed. It's been raining here and it looks like crap! Gotta love a black truck! :dunno:

Since you have the 9-way shocks you should get the in cab adjuster! I can't remember the exact part name.

I wouldn't do that actually, those lines are prone to coming off or having water leakage past the O-rings, which'll ruin the shocks pretty d**n quick

I've also heard that they don't hold their pressure and you have to constantly adjust it every few days. But whatever. I just want to see pictures.

Hmmmm, I'll have to look into that, that would be nice!

I can't wait to see the pictures on this, I'm thinking about getting the quickLift too mainly because I don't have the money for the 4" CST and I want my truck to look better.
