03 Suburban Ipc Problems

I have an 03 Sub 2500 LT that is acting up, the oil life will only reset to 76%, the fuel gauge reads inaccurate at times, oil pressure reads normal, than drops to 0, when the mirror button is pushed to fold the mirrors, the easy entry seat is activated? Is it Posessed or just a combination of problems. I saw the document for the ipc warranty enhancement, but wasn't sure if the ipc controls the easy entry and the folding mirror.
