My Light Does Not Turn On On The Inside

I have a 2007 chevy silverado crew cab, and usually when I push unlock on the key fob its suppose to turn on the light on the inside, or when my door is open my interior light is suppose to come on, but mine does not come on at all?

did you maybe accidentally push the dome light override switch, that would cause the problem you are having.

I agree. It seems like a very obvious thing, but I've done it a few times and wondered why the hell my lights wouldn't come on.

Yea...when I got my new truck I thought the light was messed up or a fuse was blown or something.....forgot about it for a few days....then finally figured out that the over ride button had been pushed.....didn't even realize the button was there .....the way it is made I didn't realize it was even a button until I looked closer.
