Roller Rockers For A 5.3 2004 Gmc 1500

Has anyone here put roller rockers on there truck, and what brand or company did you get them from? I know that they are a cheap way to make more power, but I also dont want to mess anything up. I know SLP makes some in a package but I dont what that. I'm sure Comp or Crane or some one makes some but I just want to make sure I get the right ones and also hear some feed back from some guys that have done this mod.

No one ............. come on i thought we had some gear heads here not just a bunch of bolt on fems.

All 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L LS type truck engines come standard with roller rockers. Our expierence has shown they are tough to beat for performance and durability. They are light, strong and you already own them. Unless you are trying to add some lift to the camshaft with a higher ratio roller rocker save your money and spend it on something else more useful for your truck.

Most of your High Hp trucks have yet to touch the rockers.. The ones that come stock are very tough and work well.. Hell if you go with a fast ramping cam, most of the manufacturers recommend staying with the 1.7 ratio rockers..
