Instrument Panel/console Blanks

Just trying to get some ideas of what some of you may have used the blank spaces in your instrument panels/overhead consoles for. In my 2001 Silverado I installed an aircraft altimeter in the area where the passenger air bag on /off switch is located and relocated that switch to inside the glovebox area. I am really trying to figure out what I could use that space at the forward end of the overhead console for. I know in the Tahoe/Suburban this is used for the HVAC controls. Any ideas out there?

I put my XM radio control head in my overhead console in the '99 I had,looked good there too!
