Fifth Wheel Camper Hitch In 1/2 Ton Crew Cab

Hey I was just wondering if anyone has a light duty 1/2 ton crew cab with a fifth wheel hitch in the box. Is it even possible with this short 5'8" box? Curious. I bought an 05 Chevy 1/2 ton crew cab and might by a small fifth wheel camper. Its only like a 24 footer or so. Would I be able to make the hitch work to pull this? Any information would be great! The salesman said its not recommended but he has seen it a lot! Thanks everyone!!!

I have a guy that i work with that has a 5th wheel hitch on an 08 crew cab. He pulls a 5th wheel and had them mount the hitch just behind the axel. It can be done, but I am sure not recommended by GM.
