20" Wheels On The Z85 Suspension

I'm considering getting a 2008 Sierra 1500 with the Max Trailering Package which includes (JD9) front and rear disc brakes and includes the Z85 Suspension. I'm really looking to get the brakes and would rather the Z60 suspension package. I am also wanting to get the 20" 6-spoke aluminum wheels. A dealer has told me that the factory won't install the 20's on the Z85 suspension. We guess because of a ride problem. Do you see a problem with mounting some take-off 20's on the Z85 package? Right now I'm driving a 2006 F-150 Ford Harley Davidson AWD Model that has 22" wheels with some type of performance suspension(Not actually sure what it is), which suites me just fine. Do you think that the 20" wheels and Z85 suspension on the Sierra will have similar ride characteristics to that of the Ford or is there any other way to get the disc brakes all around on the Sierra?

Why would you want to put 20" rims on a truck built for towing and off road? Kinda defeats the purpose of getting a truck in the first place, right?

Hmmmm...with that particular truck I'd tend to agree with the above. I think the dealership is a bit liability conscious in regards to installing 20's on it. Because of what the vehicle is capable of, they're probably worried about wheel/tire strength, sidewall height...all that crap.
