2500hd Sierra Add-ons

Hey guys, im new to this board and was wondering members that have switched out the stock muffler could toss some advice as to which one i would need for a 2500 HD sierra '04. I was thinking a magnaflow muffler (dont know size). Dont want anything too loud at idle but would like to hear it while launching

also has anyone here used a Volant cool air? Is it worth getting a CAI for our trucks? What do you guys think.
