Start by calling the GM Customer Assistance and report your problem, you will get a reference number & if after a couple of weeks you haven't gotten a response call back. Your other solution is go to another dealer.

If you are experiencing a repeat problem with brake pulsation the dealer needs to follow a TSB that has been out for several years that has been very successful in permanently fixing this concern. All GM dealers have the special tools required for this repair. The problem is not rotor quality but relates to the rotor having run-out due to dirt/rust between the rotor mounting surfaces, uneven wheel nut torque or run-out in the hub assembly. This run-out causes thickness variation in the rotor and that is what you feel as pulsation. This TSB works if performed properly.

Did call GM assistance - they said I had to go thru the dealer.

5th time in the service tech measured (micrometered) the rotors and drums.

Rotors were nearly perfect but the rear drums were replaced.

They mentioned a TSB on this and this is why they did what they did.

Thanks for the responses :shakehead:

I'll let you know how I make out.
