01 Silverado 2500hd

On my 01 i have 6 way power seats. the power seats work good except for the drivers side lumbar button for your back. It doesnt work at all, any suggestions?

 

Also the power mirrors but you have to keep move the buttons around to get them to work??

Could be bad switches, loose wires, or weak motors for the elements you are trying to operate. My guess is more the switch though, especially for the mirror.
