Mt1 Or M33

I need to know which AC Delco transmission filter to order for my 2005 Yukon XL.

 

On RockAuto I see two possibilities,

 

AC Delco - part #24210956 (for the MT1 Transmission) and

 

AC-Delco part # T339(24227080) (for the M33)

 

Is there a number or tag somewhere on the transmission that will tell me, or is one of the numbers in the glove box the key ?

 

Any help here will be appreciated

Yep,The MT1 or M33 is the RPO code.

Look in your glovebox for yours.

I found M30 code in the glove box. Looks like the RockAuto didnt even have the M30 RPO option listed.

 

The correct ACDelco # appears to be 24208576.

Yep,thats it,I wasn't sure of the model of Yukon you had (1/2-ton,3/4-ton,Denali,non-Denali) but regular 1/2-ton Yukon's (Non-Denali's) have the M30 tranny.
