Battery Tray And Holder

I was getting my oil changed and noticed my battery was sitting crocked. Went to straigthen it and realized there was nothing holding it in place. I cannot see any hooks or brackets that would hold the battery in place. It is just sitting on the metal tray, under the cross-brace going from the driverside fender to the front sheetmetal. Am I missing a part?

 

Looked at parts schematics on the GM-Parts.com and noticed that I am missing the "insulator back" part (part #7). But that does not seem like it would hold the battery in place unles some how it connects to the tray ot the cross-brace.

 

I am wondering if it got taken out with the old battery.

Last time dealer had changed the battery for me after a 60K service.
