20" Wheels

Does anyone know of any issues with installing 20" wheels off a 2008 Yukon onto a 2004 Yukon? Are the wheels interchangeable? Any difference in offset? This is for a 4x4 model.

theres a 04 z71 tahoe in my naiborhood that has 07 tahoe ltz wheels on it and it looks good flush with the body
