Rear Wiper Problem

I have a 2004 Trailblazer. The rear wiper does not wipe the window evenly. The blade does not touch the right side of the rear window. The blade has been replaced twice. Any suggestions?

The wiper arm has lost tension. At one point someone probably lifted the wiper arm too far and arm slipped in the holding crimp.

 

You can usally get a new arm for about $20-$30 at a dealer or parts store.
