Tsb Lookup Please

I have a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 and have the typical clunk which is felt in the steering wheel and have found 2 TSB's relating to the symptoms. Can someone look these up for me and post the bulletin info for the following TSB's. I pretty much know what the problem is but not sure how to get rid of it.
