Doorpanel Handle Loose - Question

Hello, I noticed my door panel handles are a bit loose. I looked at the screws under the handle and the tabs are broken on both the passenger and drivers door. Its not a huge deal but be nice to tighten it again. Can a person pull the interior handle off and replace that tab where the screw goes though? Or is it not worth doing, or is there a TSB on this issue. Seems odd that both are broken in the same spot.
