Power Drivers Seat Problem! Please Help!

Hello there. Just wondering if anyone can help me with the problem I am having with my power drivers seat. I have a 2004 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. The truck has bucket seats with console. My power seat moves up and down fine but not forward/backward (not good for someone who is 6'4"!). My seat stopped moving and when I looked underneath I noticed the motor had twisted off its mount. I twisted it back and could not find any obstructions in the track. It has power going to it but still won't move. I'm probably gonna have to buy a new assembly but at a cost of $500 it may have to wait a bit. Is there any way I can manually move the seat back as it is stuck in the forward position??
