Hidden Hitch Question

Hey guys, I have an 05 Silverado single cab short bed... I want to get a roll pan installed with a hidden hitch behind a flip down license plate... How will my spare tire crank be accessable?... Also, in what order should I get these installed?... Roll pan first, then hitch... Or hitch first, then roll pan... All help is appreciated... Thanks guys...

I don't think you'll have a problem with the spare. If you look under the truck with a stock bumper you will see that the plastic tube that guides the crank to the spare is actually two tubes with one slipped into the other. When you remove the bumper that tube piece stays with the bumper and leaves the other hanging from the spare area. Just zip tie this tube out of the way and whenever you need the spare cut the zip tie and put the crank in, etc.
