Sorry, can't help you with the photoshop, but I wanted to comment on the "OE style" flares in the first link. The front flare looks ok but the rear looks "too round" compared to the fender outline. I like other aftermarket flares from bushwacker much better (pocket style, etc) than the OE style. Plus, with your slightly wider wheel/tire setup, wider flares would protect your body & fenders better.
