Trailblazer Ss

I'm looking at getting a 2008 Trailblazer SS or a 2008 Tahoe LTZ, and the TBSS it's comes with the same transmission as my V-Max, I'm was wondering if it also comes with the four second delay like my V-Max? Does it also a PCM & TCM or just one PCM for the transmission & engine?

Yeah, the four second delay which all V-Max trucks have when it happens it doesn't give full power for four seconds which happens when u floor the truck and I was wondering if the Trailblazer SS has it, because I'm looking into buying one.

Don't put it on the floor when you launch. Stomp it...But not to the floor. Quickly press the pedal to about 1/2 throttle, then roll into it the rest of the way as the RPMS come up. You should reach the floor about the time it's getting ready to shift to 2nd. That's the best method for launching my SS anyway. I've never driven a VM though.

Oh, and yeah...There's an ECM as well as a TCM.

+1. Same things pretty much applies to all of GM's new Torque Management happy tunes. And the TBSS has plenty of TM.

Mine doesn't have much TM left in it...But that's still the best way I've figured out how to launch it on the factory stall.
