4.3 V6 Mods ??

What can I do to get more umph out of my 2002 Silverado with a 4.3 V6 / 5 spd / 3.73 rear end

You can try a K&N filter or FIPK and match that with an aftermarket exhaust. There are computer chip upgrades as well.

Take a peek through some threads and look at what some of the guys are using. Visit some websites to see if your particular application is available.
