Hey Guys Just Bought A Cheby.. I Got Rid Of My Pos Dodge

hey all im new to this forum but not new to forums. i used to own a qc dodge dakota 3.7 v6 with lots of mods and i hope to do the same for my 08 silver rod... first i already installed hid head lights and debadged the whole thing and painted the grille emblum black but i want to put a leveling kit on it and raise the front up 2.5 in,, and i was just curious if that would be a problem, i had one on my dodge and didnt seem to have any problems other than alignment issues... would that be the same here are some pics of old and new... 2005 dodge dakota qc hid head lights one off rollpan and hitch custom audio thru out 2.5 leveling kit and painted bezels

 

2008 chevy silverado lt2. hid headlights, debadged, painted emblum much more to come

6 inch lift kmc wheels nice allterains exhaust and so on

Nice truck bro, I thought LT2 was only available on crew & extended cabs? U should add painted to match door handles & mirror covers that would make it look better.

thanks man.. youre right about the lt2 but i wanted the lt2 options so they added stuff for me so i call it a lt2 lol

youre right about the wheels but i told them to lower the price and take the nicer wheels off because im going to put off road wheels and tires on later

its got the towing package and the 5.3, and a few other lt2 options

how about that 2.5 kit is it a bad idea with the chevys or is it ok.. and what kit do i do the over strut kind or under strut kind thanks guys

As for the leveling kit, search. You'll find more info than you can shake a stick at.

Nice look'in truck. Love the colour but, I think i'd want to paint the chrome bumper to match the truck... I know , I know, I love chrome and all but, I just don't know what it is about those Chevy Front ends with the plastic corners...
