Installing Alarm: '95 Sierra Uses Reverse Polarity Locks?

Hi guys,

 

I'm installing an alarm in my '95 sierra. I am looking at the power door lock wiring schematic in the OEM manual, and it appears to me that they are reverse polarity (type c), is that correct?
