Miss My Old Truck, But Just Bought Another!

Last April, I ended up selling the best truck I've ever owned. Trailered the bikes down to FL a few times and never gave any trouble.

 

I ended up buying a car of all things... not long after I bought the car I figured out that I didn't make a smart move. As I was planning on building a shed I questioned myself on how I was going to go about getting material.

 

To make matters even worse this car I bought I wasn't keen on driving in the Canadian winters we have here.

 

I then started the search for another Sierra... I wanted the same year or possibly newer but didn't think it was possible with my $5k budget.

 

I ended up finding a good deal on a 2000 SLE. Though it's only a 2wd, the previous owner kept it pretty nice and it's time for me to revive another Sierra. I'll be picking it up Wednesday or Thursday to start working on it.

After driving trucks for a while now, it's hard to imagine going back.

I can relate to your situation. I sold my '07 with plans of replacing it with a car. After test driving several cars that I "thought" I wanted, I ended up with a truck again. I really like my '08 but I miss my '02 the most. There are many days when I wish I could get it back.
