People Bring Out The Worst In Me...

So this morning I was on my way to work and I have to be there around 6:30 and given that it takes me about 25-30 minutes to get to work I try to leave around 5:50am that way I can get to work a little early and claim a little more time...

You know its Monday and everyone hates waking up after the weekend and the thought of; crap I dont want to go to work and the temptation of calling into work sick... So this always makes for a groggy/cranky monday morning, at least for me...

So I get on 40 west which I take this way cause its quicker (instead of back roads) and I usually travel on average between 75-85 mph... I try to keep it at least 10 over but sometimes I like crusin a little faster... So I am coming up on this semi truck and I am in the left lane moving about 75 and considering that the speed limit was like 65 I was moving more rapidly... And there was one of those s-10's with the step side bed following... Well after some time of me approaching these vehicles the s-10 put his turn signal to move over as I was a way back but the thing that pisses me off is that people are afraid to grow balls and go so they get all skittish... I didnt see a need in slowing down because he was at least 5-7 truck lengths ahead of me...

But the retard waited to merge until I was about to pass him... And not only that but both him and the semi were moving slower than 65... That made me really pissed! So I did exactly what you are not suppose to do and rode his a$$ out.. After a minute of no progress passing the semi and me tailgating this idiot He decides to light up his brakes so I react accordingly staying close but not to smash him and take him out... So this went on for a minute and he was only asking for it...

Next I followed up with doing another illegal/your not suppose to do this at all and retaliated with putting the brights on... I didnt realize how bright it was going to be but I could tell that he was getting mad...

While all this had been going on a car in the right lane had crept up along side of us behind the semi.... And just as this turkey kept on braking in front of me I noticed that we were a couple of truck lengths behind the semi... and the car was right next to the wiener in front of me... Just then a lane on the right of the semi opened up and I was so mad at this point that I merged to that lane while punching it and then merging between the car and the semi and than in front of dickhead...

Not only did I burn a quarter tank of fuel but after that dude was on my tail I got to about to where I was even with the semi tractor and I slammed on my brakes and not holding back at all...

I went from pissed off mad to evil laughter in a second and I dont know what happened to that car I think they got scared and fell back....

The next thing I know after s-10 swerved all over the highway to slow down he tried to pass me on the right but there was no way that I was letting that happen and I was gone... I watched him and I was about 1/4 mile ahead of him and once he got his nerves back together he put on his brights... I thought to myself if only that was as affective as me doing that to him...

I know I acted to only worsen the situation, but let me say and I am just saying I had a pretty good day after all this and that justifies it all for me !

As much as you might feel vindicated Brian, the real losers were the other people on that road that had to wonder if their Monday commute was going to be their last one. I'm not going to tell you how to live life but there isn't really room for this crap on the roads. Sometimes you just have to call the idiot an **** and move on. It's not worth risking life and limb to be "right" in my book.

Texas people will shoot first and ask questions later.

I just get their license number, run it, and send them letter OBOMBAS!

Perhaps if you are not in a hurry you could move to the right and avoid the situation then, in advance, thank you from all drivers that might have some place to be.
