1999 GMC Diesel 6.5 TC 3500

Burns rich at start up after a minute smoke clears & Ideals good.

Try to bring the RPM up & can only get them to 1200 rpm starts to smoke runs rough bring the rpm down to about 900 rpm the smoke clears up & Ideals good.

No check engine light on. Check for code at shop Six different codes came up.

I think either the Fuel injector pump or the PMD could be causing these codes to coming up. Any one with answer. Have check oil for water in it, Cooling system is good. Codes from shop ( PO126B, PPO216B, PO236D, PO238B, P1216D, P1217D )
