The Vent Thread

I'm sorry to start a stupid thread like this but I am pissed about my next semester classes. I absolutely hate night classes and I have to have 2 of them. My day starts at 8 and ends at 8. It's dumb. That keeps me from getting a job during the semester, which means I have to rely on my summer wages to pay for my last year of school. Not only does it start at 8 and end at 8 but there is almost nothing in between the classes. So get up early to sit around and wait for the next class and then I don't get to hang out with friends til late.

 

Sorry, like I said, had to vent.

Whats your major? I would cancel that class and look for on online course of intern related accreditation program, especially since its only for one class... shoot the way things are going you might be better off taking that one class later on... IMO

Whats your major? I would cancel that class and look for on online course of intern related accreditation program, especially since its only for one class... shoot the way things are going you might be better off taking that one class later on... IMO

 

 

Construction Management. If I take them later on I won't graduate and then I won't get the job I want. There is no intern related accreditation program for them. Thats the only offering for the classes and they are only offered in the Spring semester. And they are pre-reqs for other classes for my senior year.

That schedule is whack! I think that they do that for a reason being that its your last year right? I think they want you to so well.. With that much free time I would be extremely distracted....

Thats the problem, I don't want the 4 hours in between classes. I'm the kind that gets up early and gets it done early so I have rest of the day off from school. Plus its easier to get a job when you are done at 12 and Fridays I have to head home to work.

Eh Loans are overrated.. I had like 15k in loan debt from college that got paid off in no time..

I hear ya, that's how my classes are this semester.

 

Tuesday: Physics at 7:30, nothing until 1:25 (not too bad)

Thursday: Physics at 7:30, then nothing until 4:15, and the class ends at 7:00.

 

7 hours between classes when I live a half hour from school SUCKS (and it's community college, so there's not a whole lot of hanging out at school between classes).

 

And since this is the vent thread, oh wait, no politics... At least the damn commercials are over with! Woo!

Yea, my buddy has the Marines helping him, cept now he has to leave school for like 3 semester to go serve.

 

Another thing I can vent about is Statics. We already had our first teacher fired, and on number 2 and I am still struggling. It sucks.

Yeah.. Night classes suck. I work from 7:30-5 M-f and have school 6-10 M-Thurs and Sat morning from 8-12. I am almost done, just stick with it. It will be worth it in the end.
