I ran into a little problem the other day. I went to install moulded splash guards on my pick-up and come to fine out the nerf bars were in the way. To make a long story short I had to drop the front part of the nerf bars to install the front splash guards. It took me twice as long to install them. I will say the GM moulded splash guards and the Westin nerf bars are a perfect fit together.

I noticed that on my 1/2 ton that if I hadn't already put on the mud guards first that there would be interference with the Westins.   There is only small bit of clearance between the two mods.
