Door Panel Flexing On Ext Cab.

Does anyone have a similiar complaint. The drivers side door panel is "flexing" making a rubbing loose noise when driving over rough roads or any uneven surface. Turning into driveways or over bumps the noise is very apparent. My selling dealership has attempted two repairs but no luck!

When I first got mine I couldn't figure out the rattles, then I realized I wasn't getting the back doors closed completely. Grab the rear door up high after you close it and try to move it in and out to see if it's latched at the top. I now grab it towards the top of the door and close it firmly and then it will not rattle at all. Seems like the upper latch sits in too far or the lower latch sits out too far.
