Psss. I don't give a flying **** what others think. I'm cool on my cruisers.

Judge me by the cruiser one day, the next day I will wizz by you on my full carbon Bianchi 928 SL with a complete Campy 11speed build. You know, the bike that cost more than most peoples cars.

You are in the same boat too. Just ride your nicer moutain bikes every once in a while to remind the judgers. :sigh:

I ain't judging, I would have probably bought one if my area wasn't a bunch of hills. :sigh: A singlespeed that you can't really get out of the saddle on is kinda worthless here.

Woah woah woah, holy shit, you have a bike built up with the 11 speed stuff? How long ago was that released, I haven't really been keeping up on the tech.

POST PICTURES NOW (I have a soft spot for Bianchi, and Campy stuff, but not the cash for even a shitty road bike).

I ordered a Bianchi carbon 928 SL in carbon, Chris King headset, Mavic wheels with mavic hubs, Campy Record 11speed buildgroup, and FSA bar about three months ago. I just had my local shop build it.

I was on a Bianchi carbon C2C with Ultergra stuff but I sold it.

I hate you. Really, I do. :sigh:

My Dad almost bought a C2C in '06, but ended up with a steel LeMond (he's not too trusting when it comes to new technology :sigh:)

Some times I miss the way my first Bianchi road bike rode. It was a steel from with SR Suntour shifters. Bought it from a pawn shop for $55. Steel is such a unique ridding material.

Just go to your Bianchi dealer with a $100 and put it down on a C2C Nirone and just nickel and dime it til you pay it off. Ebay off all that junk sitting around in your garage. That's how I paid for half of my 928, with junk I though was useless. The Nirone is a great starter bike and you can upgrade it as you get more skilled in road ridding. Get an 08' not a 09', the 09' has those gay ass cheater brake handles.

I actually worked at the Specialized/Giant/LeMond/Bianchi dealer for a year and a half, and never bought a road bike, I was always spending money on my mountain bike or the truck. Right now, any and all money is going to pay off the last 1300 bucks I owe on my truck to my parents, I'm tired of being in debt. Buying shit can wait. :sigh:

Maybe I'll grow 3" somehow and steal my Dad's LeMond. :sigh:

Nice, i like crusiers. I built my last three bikes and my brothers bike. All fullies. I started with a Gary Fisher, then bought a frame from a small German bike company (http://www.hot-chili.biz), built a Specialized FSR for my brother and a Univega hardtail for my wife. My current bike is a Cannondale.
