I just bought a 2006 seirra ,it has the 6 disk changer and bose with sterring wheel controls. I want to swap in a radio from a 2008 so I can play mp3's . will these fit ,and is it just a plug and play or will it be alot of spliceing thanks

No, the dash and wiring are completely different.

 

If I were you, I'd just get an aftermarket headunit.
